• Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure: The entire frame, with a substantial weight of approximately 520 kg, is made of steel treated with hot-dip galvanization. This process ensures deep structural protection against corrosion, making the trampoline ideal for seaside environments where salt air would compromise standard materials.

• Harmonic Steel Springs: The bounce system utilizes springs made of tempered and galvanized harmonic steel. Unlike common steel, harmonic steel boasts an extremely high elastic limit; this ensures the springs do not suffer from permanent stretching, guaranteeing the same perfect rebound for years.

• Hand-Woven Professional Mat: The jumping mat (426 x 213 cm) is entirely hand-woven. This artisanal craftsmanship allows for superior precision and sturdiness compared to industrial mesh, offering a consistent and professional elastic response.

• Anti-Intrusion Protection: The base is completely enclosed by panels made of electro-welded, plastic-coated mesh. This physical barrier prevents accidental access to the technical area beneath the mats, protecting the mechanical components and increasing overall safety.

• Nylon Safety Netting: The perimeter enclosure is made of nylon, available in a variety of colors of the customer’s choice, combining aesthetics with secure containment during activity.

• High-Density Padding: The perimeter protection cushions are padded with high-density fire-retardant foam (Class 2), capable of absorbing impacts without permanently deforming under the load of heavy foot traffic.

Custom Airbrushed Design
